将发挥党员教师的先锋模范作用与本科生导师制二者有机结合,提出了“一导双责”的人才培养管理模式.党员导师针对本科生各年级阶段的内在需求进行指导,引领学生成长,提高学生综合素质和能力.实践证明,该模式是党员教师接受党性锻炼的有效途径,能促进创新性应用型人才培养,有借鉴和推广价值.
