钙钛矿锰氧化为母体的二相复合体系磁电阻增强效应研究

Abstract
用固相反应法制备La8/9Sr1/45Na4/45MnO3/x(V2O5) (x=0.0,0.1,0.2)和La8/9Sr1/45Na4/45MnO3/x (Cr2O3) (x=0.1,0.2)系列样品,通过零场和加场(B=0.8 T)下的电阻率—温度(ρ-T)曲线,作出磁电阻—温度(MR-T)曲线,研究电输运性质及磁电阻增强效应.结果表明:La8/9Sr1/45Na4/45MnO3/x(V2O5)(x=0.1,0.2)基本表现类金属导电,而La8/9Sr1/45Na4/45MnO3/x (Cr2O3) (x=0.1,0.2)在整个测试温区基本表现绝缘体导电行为;第一相物质为Cr2O3的室温附近磁电阻比第二相物质为V2O5明显增强,前者是后者的3倍;对于La8/9Sr1/45Na4/45MnO3/x(Cr2O3),当x=0.1时,在172~320 K温区MR>14.3%;当x=0.2时,在225~320 K温区MR>15%,有利于MR效应的实际应用.
