研究采用文献资料法、问卷调查法等研究方法,对河北省工科院校体质健康管理的现状进行了梳理,找出管理中存在的问题,并借鉴闭环管理理论和戴明管理理论,对河北省工科院校学生体质健康管理闭环机制设计进行探讨,以期进一步完善高校体质健康管理流程和质量,为推动高校体质健康工作的健康发展提供参考依据.
