Abstract
高等学校开展人才的个性化培养是培养拔尖创新型人才的必然要求,也是随着我国高等教育大众化的发展所面临的必然选择.在个性化培养过程中,如何实现学生的自我教育也是重要的一个环节.本文分析了个性化培养及自我教育的内涵,从生涯规划、教育模式、文化氛围等几个方面就个性化培养引导学生自我教育进行了探索.
