Abstract
以α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制剂体外模型实验筛选出4 种具有较强活性的新资源食品提取物原料,进行混料配方优化设计,获得较优配方比例为:青钱柳提取物26. 05% ,葡萄皮提取物10. 00% ,桑叶提取物22. 13% ,枇杷叶提取物41. 82% .采用高浓度葡萄糖刺激HepG2 细胞体外降血糖评价模型对优化配方进行功能评价,结果显示配方可显著提高胰岛素抵抗模型的葡萄糖利用率,对造成的胰岛素抵抗具有一定的改善作用,且呈现一定的浓度依赖效应.
