Abstract
研究提取温度、提取时间和料液比对杜香精油提取率的影响,通过气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)分析杜香精油成分.结果 表明:利用蒸馏法提取杜香精油的最佳工艺为温度98℃,时间3 h,料液比1:4,提取率为2.04%;温度对杜香精油提取率的影响最大,其次是料液比,提取时间的影响最小.在杜香精油中共鉴定出72种已知化合物,占精油总含量的85.29%,主要为萜烯、酚、酯、醇、芳香类化合物.
