金属离子诱导实木复合地板柞木表板变色工艺

Abstract
采用单因素试验法研究金属离子诱导剂用量及干燥温度对实木复合地板柞木表板色空间分布和光泽度的影响.结果 显示:随着诱导剂用量增加和干燥温度提高,柞木表板明度色品指数、红绿轴色品指数、总色差、光泽度均升高.获得偏红色柞木表板的诱导剂用量为0～0.0150 g/cm2,干燥温度低于50℃;获得偏绿色柞木表板的诱导剂用量应大于0.0150 g/cm2,干燥温度高于55℃.
