银杏叶提取物体外抑菌作用研究

Abstract
目的 研究银杏叶提取物(Extract of Ginkgo biloba Leaves,EGb)对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠埃希菌的抑菌作用.方法 通过测定抑菌环直径和最低抑菌浓度(minimum inhibitory concentration,MIC)检测EGb对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠埃希菌的体外抑菌效果.结果 EGb对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌环直径为16.5 mm,MIC值为12.5 mg/mL; EGb对大肠埃希菌的抑菌环直径为14.5 mm,MIC值为25 mg/mL.结论 EGb对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠埃希菌都有抑菌作用,EGb作为天然抗菌剂与防腐剂具有广阔的开发利用前景.
