Abstract
从病因、病理、诊断、治疗、用药等方面总结了侗医对寒热病认识视角与应对方法.认为寒热病是由人体内正邪二气斗争产生的热效应,诊断依照病人寒热的感受并通过看、闻、问、摸、算收集相关信息,治疗依据寒者温之,热者凉之的原则,选用辛味热性药治疗寒病,苦味寒性药治疗热病,有较好的治疗效果,值得深入研究.
