超声波技术合成2,5,2′5′-四(二甲氨基甲基)-4,4′-二羟基二苯醚

Abstract
采用超声技术,以4,4′-二羟基二苯醚、质量比分别为33%二甲胺和37%甲醛水溶液为原料,无水乙醇为溶剂,N2保护下,经Mannich反应合成了2,5,2′5′-四(二甲氨基甲基)-4,4′-二羟基二苯醚,产物结构经1H NMR,FT-IR进行了表征.结果表明:4,4′-二羟基二苯醚、二甲胺和甲醛的摩尔比为1︰10︰10,60 ℃下反应60 min时产率最高,可达92.1%,较传统方法反应时间短、反应温度低、后处理简单、产率高.
