一株厌氧型聚磷菌的分离鉴定与聚磷特性

Abstract
在厌氧-缺氧环境下，从磷矿废水中筛选出一株高效的厌氧型聚磷菌，命名为AP06．对该菌株进行了生理生化研究及16 S rDNA序列分析，并对该菌株的聚磷效率和影响聚磷特性的因素进行了研究．结果显示：菌株初步鉴定为Aeromonas sobria，聚磷效果最佳的pH值为7，温度为30℃，磷源为KH2 PO4，接种量（ V／V）为7％，菌株的聚磷效率为86．1％．
