环境影响评价公众参与的居民认知度研究 ——以北京市为例

Abstract
通过问卷调查的形式,研究北京市居民对环境影响评价公众参与的认知度,包括对环评公众参与的了解程度、参与积极性、理性情况和最关切问题等方面.对1043份有效问卷的统计分析结果表明:目前北京市居民对环评公众参与的认知度相对较高,超过半数居民对环评公众参与有所了解,参与积极性较高,能够理性看待环评结论,但仍有较大提升空间.从信息处理和信息反馈两个角度提出完善我国环评公众参与制度的具体建议,以期切实提升环评公众参与的有效性.
