Abstract
目的:建立HPLC法测定西洛他唑片的含量及有关物质.方法:采用Ecosil C18色谱柱(250 mm ×4.6 mm ,5μm),以乙腈-0.07 mol/L磷酸溶液(用三乙胺调节pH值至2.5)(38∶62)为流动相;流速为1.0 mL/min ,检测波长为257 nm ,柱温30℃.结果:在该色谱条件下,主药和有关物质能较好的分离,西洛他唑在2.5~100μg/m L范围内,线性关系良好(r=0.9999,n=7),平均回收率为101.95%(RSD=0.62%,n=6),检测限为1.6 ng ,测得样品中的有关物质符合质量要求.结论:本方法简便、准确、可行,精密度高,可用于西洛他唑片的质量控制.
