Abstract
采用力学拉伸、慢应变速率拉伸应力腐蚀、电化学腐蚀以及金相、扫描电镜和透射电镜等测试分析方法,研究Zr质量分数对7003铝合金组织与应力腐蚀性能的影响.研究结果表明:Zr质量分数从0增加至0.21%,合金的平均晶粒粒径由224.0μm降低到2.3μm,抗拉强度由332.6 MPa升高到399.3 MPa,屈服强度由280.4 MPa升高到341.0 MPa,应力腐蚀敏感指数(ISSRT)由0.32降低到0.20,电化学腐蚀性能也有所改善.其原因是,随Zr元素质量分数增加,析出细小弥散的Al 3 Zr颗粒数量逐渐增多,抑制再结晶效果更加显著,合金组织保留原始纤维组织,其小角度晶界可提高抗应力腐蚀性能.
