Abstract
引入修正的库仑摩擦法则,建立在冲击载荷作用下含间隙的连杆传动机构有限元模型,仿真计算结果与试验结果吻合良好。该模型可准确模拟传动机构的传动特性,结果表明:传动机构在分闸过程中会发生较大的弹性变形,产生强烈的机械振动。旋转铰间隙对弹性机构动态特性具有显著的影响,间隙越大,接触力越大,振动越剧烈。
