烟叶纤维素降解菌的筛选、鉴定及其产酶条件优化

Abstract
利用筛选培养基从陈化烟叶中分离到纤维素(CMC)酶活性较高的菌株CE1,对其进行鉴定后表明CE1为绿色木霉(Trichoderma viride).对其产酶条件进行优化,表明CE1的最佳产酶初始pH为6.5,最适产酶温度28℃,培养至第5天时CMC酶活达到最大值.利用其粗酶液对烟丝进行了处理,表明随着处理浓度的提高,烟丝纤维素的降解率也随之升高,烟丝总糖的含量也有所提升.
