佛顶山保护区森林山野菜资源植物现状及保护利用对策

Abstract
通过对佛顶山保护区森林山野菜资源植物的专项调查研究,发现:佛顶山国家级自然保护区野生森林蔬菜资源丰富,有可食用的山野菜资源植物343种(含变种),其中真菌类35种、蕨类7种、裸子植物5种,被子植物类296种;在植物系统分类学上归属于98个科,231属;在食用部位上划分为叶茎类、根茎类、花类、浆果类、干果类、子实体(全株)六大类,是目前我国已知山野菜资源植物种类较为丰富的地区之一.
