Abstract
使用电子束蒸发的方法制备多层膜样品,采用振动样品磁强计测量磁学性能,通过分析发现,随着Co层厚度的逐渐减小,垂直易磁化的趋势逐渐增强.当Co层厚度减至0.5 nm时,实现了垂直易磁化.同时,Co原子磁矩随Co层厚度增加而减小.
