Abstract
目的:研究怀牛膝多糖的抗肿瘤作用.方法:应用MTT法检测怀牛膝多糖在体外对肺腺癌细胞系(LTEP-a-2)增殖的调节,同时采用流式细胞术(FCM)检测其对LTEP-a-2细胞周期和凋亡的影响.结果:怀牛膝多糖对LTEP-a-2的增殖具有抑制作用,并可以诱导其凋亡.结论:怀牛膝多糖在体外能抑制肺癌细胞的生长,可作为一种抗肺癌药物.
