Abstract
针对当前高温降失水剂与其他外加剂配伍性差,低温条件下易造成水泥石强度发展缓慢,甚至产生超缓凝现象等问题,通过引入一种偏硅酸盐,研制了高温降失水剂HTF-210C.经红外分析表明,偏硅酸盐是以共混的形式存在于降失水剂中;经热重分析表明该降失水剂具有良好的耐热性能,耐热温度可达300,℃;经水泥浆性能评价表明,该降失水剂控滤失性能好,抗盐达饱和,与其他外加剂配伍性好,低温强度发展快,稠化曲线无"鼓包"、"包芯"现象,且重复性好,稳定性高.
