羟丙基胍胶压裂液重复利用技术研究

Abstract
针对南泥湾采油厂压裂施工后返排液多、处理费用高,研究了羟丙基胍胶压裂液重复利用技术.首先,以羟丙基胍胶为稠化剂,硼砂为交联剂,缓释型SS-1为破胶剂制备可重复利用的压裂液基液.然后在40℃条件下,优化重复利用时破胶液与基波的混合比例,以及向混合液中加入交联剂、破胶剂和交联促进剂的量,满足现场施工60s内交联、3h后破胶的要求.通过室内实验确定了重复利用压裂液体系最佳配方:破胶液与基液混合体积比为1:3,加入交联剂硼砂质量分数0.035%~0.045%,缓释型破胶剂SS-1质量分数0.25% ~0.35%,交联促进剂质量分数0.03%~0.06%.性能评价结果表明,该压裂液体系具有良好的流变性和抗剪切性,滤失量小,破胶彻底和残渣低等优良性能,实现了压裂液的重复利用.
