Abstract
目的:本文探析了小鼠在低氧环境下的耐受情况,以及低氧后小鼠海马中脑源性神经营养因子(Brain derived neurotrophic factor,BDNF)基因的表达变化,为后续低氧与低氧预适应对BDNF的机制研究提供了参考依据.方法:在建立小鼠低氧模型后,通过PCR(Polymerase chain reaction)技术从基因水平快速、简便地扩增BDNF基因.结果:随着低氧次数的增加,小鼠的低氧耐受明显增加了,并且BDNF的基因表达也明显增加.
