分子印迹整体材料微萃取分析水样中的雌激素

Abstract
采用双酚A为模板分子,制备了分子印迹整体材料,并应用于河水样品中环境雌激素的萃取分析.分子印迹整体棒表面均匀、多孔,使用寿命在80次以上.分子印迹整体棒对水溶液中的不同环境雌激素表现出良好的萃取选择性,建立了分子印迹整体棒微萃取联用高效液相色谱分析水相样品中环境雌激素的方法,可实现河水中6种雌激素的分析,回收率在70.5％到109.3％之间.该分子印迹整体材料微萃取联用高效液相色谱可实现含水样品中多种雌激素的同时分析.
