Abstract
肿瘤坏死因子相关凋亡诱导配体(TRAIL)诱导细胞凋亡优先选择肿瘤细胞,而对正常细胞低毒性,具有潜在的抗肿瘤药物开发价值.随着肿瘤治疗研究的不断深入,小分子多肽物因分子量小、易穿过细胞膜且稳定性较强,已成为肿瘤治疗药物开发研究的一个热点.本文基于TRAIL死亡受体通路蛋白抗肿瘤小分子多肽物的研究及应用进行简要概述.
