变异链球菌LuxS基因突变株对葡萄糖摄取的研究

Abstract
使用预酸化然后培养的方法在一组pH值梯度酸性环境中培养变异链球菌标准株和LuxS基因突变株,比较两种菌株的葡萄糖摄取能力.在pH5.5的BHI液体培养基中预酸化,设定初始pH值6.0~7.0,然后用葡萄糖氧化酶法测定在预酸化和未酸化条件下LuxS基因突变株培养上清液中葡萄糖减少的量.在不同培养条件下,LuxS基因突变株的糖摄取量明显低于亲代菌株(P<0.01);在pH5.5的培养基中预酸化后,突变株的糖摄取量增加(P<0.05).表明LuxS基因突变株的葡萄糖摄取能力降低,其致龋力低于标准株.
