涡流阵列检测缺陷的理论基础和仿真分析

Abstract
针对独立研发的一套具有检测效率高且可大面积扫查涡流阵列检测技术的装置进行了系统研究.深入探讨了其工作的理论基础,并利用COMSOI有限元软件对系统进行了仿真分析.仿真结果显示该涡流阵列传感器可以对导体表面裂纹缺陷形状位置进行快速有效地判定,由此可对现实中评估裂纹缺陷起指导作用,促进实际缺陷检测的发展,提高实际缺陷检测的效率.
