Abstract
介绍了一种全新的2.4.6-三羟基苯乙酮的合成方法,以柚皮苷为原料,经15％ KOH开环得到根皮乙酰苯-4-新橙皮苷,然后8％的稀硫酸去掉糖基得到2.4.6-三羟基苯乙酮,对反应条件进行优化,总收率达到81％.此路线原料柚皮苷是大宗产品,反应条件温和,实验重复性高,适合工业化生产.
