Abstract
将黄河水域收集的野生翘嘴鲌(Culter alburnus),经促熟培育、人工催产、人工授精获得受精卵,对其胚胎发育过程进行了系统观察.结果表明,黄河翘嘴鲌成熟卵呈淡黄色或黄绿色,为黏性卵,平均卵径约0.9mm,卵内无油球.胚胎发育过程可分为受精卵、卵裂、囊胚、原肠胚、神经胚、器官发生和孵化7个阶段21个发育时期.24~26℃水温下,受精卵经25h左右孵出仔鱼.初孵仔鱼全长平均4.1~4.7mm.
