Abstract
设计了能够检测和放大微弱信号的光电检测和处理电路,包括带差分输入和调零输出的前置放大、放大倍数可调的二级放大、低通滤波、电源转换、保护及滤波和数据采集等,并用Muhisim对其进行了仿真和实验测试.仿真和实验测试结果表明,该检测电路能够检测nW级的光信号,具有优异的抗干扰性能,线性较好.
