Abstract
用微波消解-石墨炉原子吸收光谱法(GFAAS)测定中药大罗伞、小罗伞、七叶莲、刺五加中 Pb,Cu,Ni,Mn 4种重金属元素的质量比,对基体改进剂、灰化温度及原子化温度等实验条件进行选择和优化,并在选定的实验条件下,利用标准曲线法进行分析.实验结果表明,4种重金属元素质量比的标准曲线有较好的线性关系,相关系数 r >0.999,平均回收率为94.6%~103.4%.
