Abstract
以大肠杆菌为宿主,将含有蛋白质酪氨酸磷酸酶YopH催化结构域(△YopH)的质粒转入其中,高效表达了AYopH.分离纯化后,以AYopH为靶标,应用体外酶促反应动力学实验,研究111种中药水提液的抑制效果,筛选出对△YopH有明显抑制作用的五倍子、石榴皮和地榆,并进一步研究其半数抑制浓度(IC50值)及抑制类型.
