Abstract
目的 探讨医疗纠纷防范机制在临床路径中的应用效果.方法 采用回顾性队列研究方法,以医疗纠纷防范机制为措施,开展单病种临床路径前瞻性干预.结果 单病种临床路径应用医疗纠纷防范机制后,有效降低了医院投诉、纠纷和医疗事件的发生.结论 在单病种临床路径中应用医疗纠纷防范机制,缩短了患者住院天数,降低了医疗费用,提高了患者满意度,有效降低了患者投诉率及医疗纠纷发生率,实现了医疗质量的持续改进.
