航空电连接器接触性能评估与参数灵敏度分析

Abstract
针对航空航天设备中的重要零件——圆柱式开双槽电连接器建立了接触计算模型,推导了接触件间的摩擦力与插针插入量之间的数学关系.运用SOLIDWORKS软件实现了38999系列22#通用接触件参数化建模,利用ABAQUS有限元分析软件进行了接触性能仿真分析,得到了以插拔力为考核指标的插孔端部的最佳收口量为0.66 mm.又对插孔结构进行了参数灵敏度分析,利用模糊综合评价法确定了插孔结构的最优参数,即插孔簧片长度为3 mm、开槽宽度为0.43 mm和插孔端部收口量为0.67 mm,此时接触件的接触性能最佳.
