永磁式过载分离机构的开发及性能

Abstract
应用等效磁荷法建立了永磁式过载分离机构的计算模型,研究了机构尺寸参数对其分离转矩的影响规律.研究表明,机构的分离转矩将随着磁块轴向尺寸的增加而线性增大,磁块宽度的增加将导致机构分离转矩的增大,而在不同范围内,磁块宽度对分离转矩的影响程度并不相同.若以与磁块对数相对应的磁块宽度理论最大值进行计算,可以发现,随着磁块对数的增加,机构分离转矩先逐渐增大,后逐渐减小,气隙及气隙半径的增大一般将降低机构的分离转矩.根据理论研究的结果,设计开发了一种永磁式过载分离机构,制作了样机并进行了试验测试.
