正丙醇脱水萃取与共沸精馏隔壁塔工艺经济性对比

Abstract
针对正丙醇脱水分离的常规萃取精馏及共沸精馏工艺能耗较高的缺点,提出以二甲基亚砜(DMSO)为萃取剂的萃取精馏隔壁塔工艺、以乙酸乙酯为共沸剂的共沸精馏隔壁塔工艺两种分离方案.利用Aspen Plus软件进行了以上两种流程模拟并以年度总费用最低为优化目标对两种工艺分别进行全局优化,得到两种流程的最优设备及操作参数,并对其经济性进行对比分析.结果 表明:共沸精馏隔壁塔工艺的年度操作费用比萃取精馏隔壁塔工艺降低约28.68％,其年度总费用降低约17.63％,说明共沸精馏隔壁塔工艺更具经济优势和工业应用性.
