Abstract
采用熔融共混方法制备了聚乳酸(PLA)/反式-1,4-聚异戊二烯(TPI)和交联PLA/TPI共混体系,并采用超临界CO2发泡方法对其进行发泡.通过拉伸测试、差示扫描量热分析(DSC)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等测试手段对比了PLA/TPI配比、交联剂的加入等因素对材料性能的影响.研究表明,TPI的加入提高了PLA的韧性,但对结晶和熔融影响不大.PLA/TPI和交联PLA/TPI均可形成闭孔泡沫材料,且交联体系的发泡倍率和发泡尺寸均大于非交联体系.随着TPI含量的增加,材料的泡孔尺寸变小,泡孔壁变厚,发泡倍率降低.
