改性石墨烯/聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯复合材料的制备与正温度系数性能研究

Abstract
利用溶液混合法(SM)将经聚苯胺(PANI)改性后的石墨烯与聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)复合,制备出改性石墨烯/PMMA导电复合材料,并对这种复合材料的正温度系数(PTC)效应进行了研究.实验结果表明:经PANI改性后的石墨烯在PMMA中的分散程度比未经改性的石墨烯在PMMA中分散地更加均匀,且没有出现团聚.未经改性的石墨烯/PMMA材料的PTC现象不明显,且不稳定.而经PANI改性后的石墨烯/PMMA材料的PTC强度提高了4.6倍,并且PTC稳定性提高了50%.结合应力模型和隧道导电理论对其PTC效应的机理做了一些探讨.
