Abstract
目的 优选绿衣枳壳中枳属苷的最佳提取工艺.方法 高效液相色谱法测定绿衣枳壳中枳属苷的含量,以枳属苷的含量为指标,应用单因素试验结合正交试验法优化绿衣枳壳中枳属苷的提取工艺.结果 绿衣枳壳中枳属苷的最佳提取工艺为加入6倍量90％乙醇,提取3次,每次1h.结论 该提取工艺方法简单、稳定可行,可以为绿衣枳壳中枳属苷的大规模化生产工艺提供理论依据.
