为了研究土壤中解磷微生物和解钾微生物对土壤中无效磷和无效钾的分解和释放作用,归纳和总结了土壤中解磷微生物和解钾微生物的种类,对解磷微生物和解钾微生物的解磷机理和解钾机理进行了探讨,同时总结了解磷解钾微生物的应用效果,从而为解磷解钾微生物在农业生产上的应用提供理论依据.
