氯霉素在纳米银修饰电极上的电化学行为及测定研究

Abstract
研制了Nafion分散纳米银的化学修饰电极,研究了氯霉素在该修饰电极上的电化学行为.实验结果表明,在0.1 mol/L NaOH溶液中,氯霉素在裸电极或修饰电极上均为不可逆电极过程,但修饰电极对氯霉素的还原有明显的催化和增敏作用,还原峰电位从在-0.792 V(裸电极)正移到-0.775 V(修饰电极),灵敏度提高了约6倍.对各种实验条件进行了优化.定量测定氯霉素的线性范围为5.0×10-7~3.0×10-4mol/L,线性方程为ip/(μA)=0.1153+0.1803c(10-5mol/L),R=0.9968,检测限为1.0×10-7md/L.对氯霉素滴眼液用标准加入法进行了测定,回收率为102.3%.
