Abstract
通过两相乳化法制备球形Ziegler-Natta(简称Z-N)催化剂,考察脂肪醇种类、醇镁物质的量比、程序升温速率、氯代烃种类对Z-N催化剂形貌及粒径分布的影响规律,通过SEM、激光粒度仪等对形态和粒度进行表征,并研究其催化丙烯聚合的性能.研究表明:两相乳化法体系内以异辛醇为脂肪醇,醇镁物质的量比设定为2.5,以1-氯丁烷作为卤代烃,程序升温速率0.20℃/min时所制备出催化剂的球形度高且粒径分布窄.聚合评价结果表明其活性高且产物性能良好.
