Abstract
从枯草杆菌SBS6菌株发酵上清液中分离得到电泳纯的纤溶酶,经SDS-PAGE和凝胶过滤测得其分子质量为31 ku,最适pH 8.9,最适温度为50℃,酶在60℃下pH 5～12范围内相当稳定,Ca2+,Mg2+,Zn2+,Mn2+等离子对酶的溶解血纤维活性无明显影响,Fe2+和Fe3+分别抑制酶活性的17%和20%.
