Pr3+对CaBi4Ti4O15∶Eu3+发光性能的影响

Abstract
本文研究了采用传统的高温固相反应法所合成的CaBi4Ti4O15∶Eu3+荧光粉的微观结构及光学性质.通过X射线衍射仪和扫描电镜分析了荧光粉的物相及其显微结构,并利用荧光光谱仪测试了CaBi4Ti4O15∶Eu3+荧光粉的激发和发射光谱.当样品采用465 nm的蓝光激发时,其主发射峰位于594 nm和615 nm处,分别对应于5D0→7F1,5D0→7F2的辐射跃迁.研究了Eu3+离子浓度对发光性能的影响,在其掺杂浓度为0.20 mol%时达到最大值.最后,研究了Pr3+离子对CaBi4Ti4O15∶Eu3+荧光粉发光性能的影响.实验结果表明,适量的掺杂Pr3+离子可以提高产品的发光性能.
