水泥基透水混凝土的配合比优化设计研究

Abstract
为了优化通用硅酸盐水泥基透水混凝土的配合比设计, 研究了水灰比、浆骨比、矿物掺合料、外加剂对普通硅酸盐水泥基透水混凝土性能的影响规律. 结果表明: 水灰比在0.20~0.25, 浆骨比为0.43~0.45时, 透水混凝土的各项性能最优. 研究结果还表明, II级粉煤灰和S95矿粉单掺掺量分别为胶凝材料总量的30%~40%和10%~20%时, 可以有效提高透水混凝土的后期强度, 并且单掺粉煤灰的效果好于单掺矿粉, 而单掺矿粉的透水混凝土透水性能好于单掺粉煤灰; 透水混凝土胶结剂对透水混凝土性能提高的效果优于聚羧酸外加剂, 并存在适宜掺量范围.
