Abstract
以漂白阔叶木浆与棉浆为原料、甲基丙烯酸甲酯为单体进行接枝反应制备吸油材料,探讨了单体用量与纤维种类对接枝率、接枝效率及单体转化率的影响规律,利用扫描电镜对原材料与接枝产物进行了微观分析,并考察了接枝反应结果与纤维种类对产品吸油性能的影响.研究结果表明,甲基丙烯酸甲酯单体用量、纤维自身特性对接枝反应均具有显著影响,且对接枝产物的吸油性能影响明显,但纤维上的单体接枝率与产物吸油性能并非正相关.
