Abstract
通过传统固相法成功制备出四方钨青铜结构的Ba2 MFeNb4 O15(M=La,Sm,Eu)陶瓷,研究了不同稀土元素La3+,Sm3+,Eu3+引入钨青铜结构的A位后得到的陶瓷的显微结构及多铁性能.且各组分陶瓷的显微结构都非常致密均未出现明显气孔,可以观察到比较明显的短棒状晶粒.其中,Ba2 EuFeNb4 O15陶瓷的致密度最高为94.6%.A位引入La3+,Sm3+,Eu3+后,Ba2 LaFeNb4 O15(BLFN),Ba2 SmFeNb4 O15(BSFN)和Ba2 EuFeNb4 O15(BEFN)陶瓷的介电峰宽逐渐降低了,介电峰向高温方向移动.并且陶瓷矫顽电场(Ec),矫顽磁场(Hc),剩余极化强度(Pr),和剩余磁化强度(Mr)也因此增强.BLFN的电滞回线是非常细窄的类似于线性的,磁滞回线显示出顺磁性,而BSFN和BEFN就能测出饱和的电滞回线和磁滞回线,而BE-FN便显出更好的多铁性.
