β-内酰胺类抗生素对聚磷菌最小抑菌浓度的影响

Abstract
为本研究以聚磷菌作为受试生物,大肠埃希菌和铜绿假单胞菌作为质控菌属,采用微量肉汤稀释法,测定β-内酰胺类抗生素中阿莫西林、头孢哌酮、氨曲南对聚磷菌的最小抑菌浓度(MIC).结果显示,阿莫西林、头孢哌酮对大肠埃希菌的最小抑菌浓度分别为“4~8 μg/mL、0.25~0.5 μg/mL”,氨曲南对铜绿假单胞菌的最小抑菌浓度为“2~4μg/mL”,符合CLSI标准;阿莫西林、头孢哌酮、氨曲南对聚磷菌的最小抑菌浓度分别为“8~16 μg/mL、0.5~1 μg/mL、4~8 μg/mL”.
