银叶菊总黄酮含量测定

Abstract
目的 研究一种可行性比较强的方法来测定银叶菊中总黄酮的含量.方法 选取甲醇溶液用超声波清洗器超声提取银叶菊中的总黄酮.结果 银叶菊总黄酮含量在55℃下用45％的甲醇在1∶25的料液比中超声处理45 min时有最大值2.10％.结论 该方法测定银叶菊总黄酮有着良好的重复性和稳定性,值得推广.
