Abstract
采用FeCl2和MnSO4溶液对生物膜载体进行改性,并使用扫描电镜(SEM)和X线光电子能谱(XPS)考察改性方法对载体和生物膜的影响.研究表明,Fe2+、Mn2+改性均能使载体表面形成腐蚀坑,增加表面粗糙度;载体改性有助于生物膜对Mg、Ca等营养元素的吸收;并可有效增加生物膜的含量,其胞外多聚物(EPS)分别增加了2.02倍和2.95倍.
