Abstract
用微生物纸片法对抗氧化剂在生物环境中对单线态氧(1O2)的清除能力进行评价.测定了10个抗氧化剂的1O2清除能力和DPPH自由基清除能力,并从构效关系分析不同抗氧化剂1O2清除能力的不同.结果表明,该方法可以作为抗氧化剂1O2清除能力的一种常规实验室定量测定方法.
